GENERAL CONDITIONS
These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and smi) and apply exclusively to distance selling via the web of the Products shown on the website www.mochilamilanobysilviaferrari.com
Every order placed for a product present in the online shop of the website www.mochilamilano.com implies consultation and acceptance first of all of these general conditions of sale. Clicking to validate the order implies full acceptance of these conditions. This click has the value of "electronic signature"

OBJECT
These general conditions of sale have the function of defining the rights and obligations of the parties in the field of online sales of goods offered by Silvia Ferrari, VAT number. 08856380962 with registered office in Via Valassina 45 - Milan, hereinafter referred to as SELLER, and any person who makes online purchases on the website www.mochilamilanobysilviaferrari.com hereinafter referred to as ''CUSTOMER''.
 
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Purchase Orders must be placed online through the website www.mochilamilanobysilviaferrari.com. The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending by the Seller to the Customer of an order confirmation email (hereinafter " Order Confirmation”) to the email address communicated by the Customer, with which the Seller will acknowledge receipt of the Order and its acceptance.
It is absolutely mandatory for Italian customers, in order to create the invoice and proceed with the shipment of the order, to provide the tax code corresponding to the name to be placed on the invoice (further information can be found in the "Right of Withdrawal" paragraph).
The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained in the Order Confirmation and to communicate any corrections to the Seller within 6 hours of receiving this confirmation.
It is possible that there may be occasional unavailability of the Products offered, in which case, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, in whole or in part, available, the Seller will promptly communicate this to the Customer and the order will be rectified within the following 24 hours .
 
PRICES
All sales prices of the products indicated on the website www.mochilamilano.com are expressed in Euros and include VAT. The Customer accepts the Seller's right to change its prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated on the site at the time the order is created and indicated in the confirmation email sent by the Seller to the Customer.
 
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for the Order must be made when the Order is forwarded to the Seller via the chosen method (via Credit Card, PayPal, bank transfer) following the instructions on the Site itself, or by cash on delivery upon receipt of the order. COSTS AND DELIVERY METHODS
The rates for shipments to Italy and the Republic of San Marino are as follows:
1) Free for express shipping via courier for orders starting from €200
2) Free for the 'Collect' option 
3) €10 for express shipping via courier for orders up to €199
4) €15 for express shipping via courier with cash on delivery payment for any total reached in the order
 
Shipments will be entrusted to Poste Italiane and, depending on the areas served, delivered in 1/3 working days. For shipments to Campania, Calabria, islands, remote and peripheral locations, it is possible that delivery may be delayed by 1/2 working days (for information regarding the areas included, please contact us before ordering). Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, but it is possible to request this and other options with an additional contribution. Please contact us for all information.
 
The rates for shipments abroad are as follows:
5) €30-€40 for standard express shipping via courier in Europe (you can see the countries included in this rate when ordering)
6) €40-€50 for standard express shipping via courier in Europe (you can see the countries included in this rate when ordering)
7) €40 for standard express shipping via courier in Switzerland
8) €60-€70 for standard express shipping via courier outside Europe (you can see the countries included in this rate when ordering)
 
These shipments will be entrusted to TNT, Fedex or UPS couriers and delivered in 3/7 working days depending on the areas served.
Shipments can be made to other parts of the world, if you cannot find your country of reference please contact us via WhatsApp or email for all the information on the matter.
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1/3 working days.
 
If you need information on delivery times or have special needs and/or emergencies, before placing the order please contact us using the contact details in the CONTACTS section.
The CUSTOMER will receive the tracking of the shipments as soon as the collections are booked and from that moment he will be responsible for tracking the shipments, this means that he will have to interact directly with the couriers to resolve any problems or report them in time to our Customer Service on +39 388 8758867 and via email. In the event that these irregularities are not reported in time (i.e. within 24 hours of the problem appearing), thus affecting the success of the delivery, we inform you that we may reserve the right not to accept any refund requests.
Any taxes and customs duties required in your country will be borne by the customer, we therefore ask you to inquire with the competent associations before placing the order.
We also remind you that the order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. In this case, for a possible return or exchange you will therefore have to accept the delivery and return the products according to our policy, which provides for the return to be paid by the customer.

The Mochila Milano brand by Silvia Ferrari is a sustainable brand for several reasons. We give importance to the human relationship, to quality and we create products only if necessary, creating small collections and unique pieces.
Following these principles we decided to create special promotions to be able to finish the products before creating others.
At the moment you can find three pages dedicated to promotions:
Nobody is perfect - sample products or products with slight defects that are sold at special prices with discounts of up to 40%. These products have slight and barely visible defects, but they would be destined to be thrown away, so we have decided to sell them on promotion to avoid waste and to be able to continue to support the communities that make them, even if they are not delivered perfect.
Last chance - this is also a way for us to be sustainable, products from old collections are not thrown away but sold until they last with discounts of up to 30%

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The Customer who intends to exercise the right of total or partial withdrawal must communicate it to the Seller via email at the following address as soon as possible: mochilamilano@gmail.com
The goods must be sent back to the Seller to the address that will be provided via email upon confirmation of the return request, intact and in their original packaging and via a traceable and rapid service.
Shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right, once the goods have been received, to refuse the right of withdrawal if, upon examination, there is evidence of tampering or damage. Otherwise, the Seller will return the total amount of the order, minus shipping costs, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
 
It is not possible to request withdrawal after the order has already been shipped, the Customer must therefore receive the shipment and return it as written in these conditions of sale, paying the return shipping costs. If the customer who decided to pay by cash on delivery requests withdrawal after shipment, he will still have to pay the shipping and return costs. In this case, a specific invoice and the following information on how to make the payment will be sent via email.
 
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are possible with shipping costs paid by the Customer and for an amount equal to or greater than the product purchased. Please contact us by email using the address mochilamilano@gmail.com for any information.
